My motivation is to help people feel more empowered and use more of their unique gifts to lead happier, healthier lives.
I originally trained as a teacher but for the past 18 years my focus has been on personal and spiritual growth. I have trained in hypnotherapy, NLP, EFT, shiatsu, reflexology, Metamorphic Technique, Reiki and Seichem, crystal healing, Shamballa multidimensional healing, and Quantum Touch. In fact I have been searching for the most effective ways of helping myself and others for many years. What I offer in the way of sessions is a distillation of my experience and training.
I currently live in Bradford , West Yorkshire and work both from my private practice in Thackley and clinics in Huddersfield and Otley. I teach regular workshops in the West Yorks area and am also available to travel to facilitate workshops.
