My focus throughout my life has been on empowerment, initially as teacher working with young people, and for the last twenty years working with clients and running workshops.
I have explored many avenues but today my main focus is on EFT, hypnotherapy, Emotion Code, Metamorphic Technique and energy healing. I believe it is essential to involve both the conscious mind and the deeper mind in order to not only understand ourselves but to be able to move on, leave behind the stuff that doesn't serve us and believe we can live fuller lives. For me that doesn't mean years of analysis it can be done in a much more instinctual, gentler way through the easy processes I use. I think Emotion Code is an amazing way of uncovering and releasing trapped emotions.
I still love the simplicity of Metamorphic Technique too and its ability to provide the space to allow us to be ourselves. I focus on what works and have trained in many fields to give me the flexibility to adapt to your needs.
A new venture for me is teaching workshops alongside my partner, astrologer Michael Conneely and very much enjoy embracing the empowerment that can come from combining astrological insights with powerful energy healing.
My training includes a Diploma in Hypnotherapy, EFT Level 3 Practitioner and Trainer with the AAMET as well as Gary Craig's official EFT-1 certification, NLP Practitioner, Diploma in Life Coaching, Quantum Touch Instructor, Metamorphic Association Teacher, Shiatsu Practitioner, Reflexologist, Reiki and Seichem Master and other energy work trainings.
I'm naturally curious and my different trainings have given me a strong insight into how our energy system affects our actions and what we can do to move forward more easily. I am deeply indebted to all the clients I have worked with who have taught me so much.
I practice at the Happiness Centre in Ilkley, West Yorkshire. I also love doing phone sessions and working with people all over the world via Skype or email.
I love open landscapes, meditation, dance, animals, photography and exploring life.
