A session involves tapping on meridian points while focussing on the problem. It is gentle and easy to learn. Usually only a few sessions are required. Once learnt, you can also continue to use it on yourself as a self-help tool. EFT was developed by Gary Craig and is based on pioneering work by Dr Roger Callahan.
How many sessions are needed?
It depends on the complexity of the issue. Often one session is enough but sometimes a series of sessions will be required. My aim is to help you in the shortest number of sessions and in as complete and holistic way as possible. I can also give you guidelines on how to use EFT for self-help between sessions.
Fees:
£45 per session
Sessions can be face to face or over the phone.
I am a Level 3 EFT Practitioner and Trainer and an EFT certified practioner (EFT Cert-1). Although deeply grateful to Gary Craig for his development of EFT, I use EFT using my own unique style and creativity, while still adhering to the essential principles behind the orginal EFT.
